The Browns Mill Golf Course features wide fairways, and 6,600 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 72. Water hazards come into play on numerous occasions. The signature hole is #12, a 435-yard, par 4, requiring an uphill tee shot with out-of-bounds stakes lining the left and trees on the right side of the fairway, then an approach shot is to a well-bunkered green. Brown's Mill Golf Course opened in 1970.

White Park was originally built in 1929 as a public nine-hole course. In 1999, the course was revived with a major renovation and redesign. The John A. White Practice facility includes a large driving range, practice green and separate practice bunker.

The 18-hole Fort McPherson Golf Course at the The Golfers' Club At Fort McPherson facility in Fort McPherson, Georgia was designed by George W. Cobb, ASGCA. This course was built on rolling terrain. Only one pond comes into play on one hole, and the greens are extremely fast.

The Candler Park Golf Course is a tree-lined, municipal, nine hole course. There is one water hazard and no sand bunkers. The terrain is very hilly, the greens are medium-sized, and the fairways are average width. Features 2,064 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 31. Designed by Helen Smith, the Candler Park golf course opened in 1927.

The 18-hole Alfred 'Tup' Holmes Golf Course features 6,160 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 72. The course rating is 69.9 and it has a slope rating of 115. This course was built on hilly terrain that was once the site of a Civil War battle. The fairways are fairly narrow and tree lined, and water hazards (two creeks that meander their way through the course) occasionally come into play.

Named for the Atlanta golf legend, the Charlie Yates Golf Course is the centerpiece of a revitalized former public housing area just a few miles east of Atlanta. Measuring 3,480 yards from the back tees, this 18-hole executive course was designed by Rees Jones in 1999, and features fairways that are fast and undulating.

This course has easy access to downtown Atlanta. It is a demanding course with fast greens and tight fairways. There are water hazards that come into play on a few holes.

East Lake Golf Club, renovated in 1995, was the site of the 1963 Ryder Cup. Some of the fairways are wide open, while others are lined by mature trees. The greens are always well maintained and putt true. "GOLFWEEK" rated this course 24th among "America's 100 Best Classical Courses" for 1997, 32nd for 1998 and 27th for 1999. "GOLF Magazine" chose it 66th among the "Top 100 Courses in the U.S." for 1997 and 54th in 1999. This club hoasted the U.S. Amateur Tournament in 2001. Of interest is that this is the course where Bobby Jones learned to play golf. Caddies are mandatory.

The Bobby Jones Golf Course was built on hilly terrain, so you can expect many uneven lies. Fairways are average width, and the greens are full of subtle breaks. Water hazards (two lakes) come into play on three holes. The signature hole is #9, a 360-yard, par 4, featuring a scenic view of the City of Atlanta.

College Park Municipal Golf Course is a nine hole course located 15 minutes south of the city, approx. 1 mile from the Atlanta Airport. it is first come, first serve (no tee times!) and there is no limit on how late you can take a cart out.

Lakeside Golf Club, originally built as a private club for thirty years, was opened in 1991 to the public. The course was built on rolling terrain and has skyline views of Atlanta. The fairways are tree lined, and water hazards come into play on five holes. Carts are mandatory.

Water hazards (two lakes) come into play on four holes. The signature hole is #18, a 446-yard, par 4, requiring a tee shot up a narrow fairway with a creek flowing down the entire left side, then an uphill approach shot to a small green well protected by sand bunkers.
